Australian brand Stock aims to combine a modern aesthetic with subtle details and quirks based on vintage timepieces.
The S004 is its first watch to feature a date window – a small opening that sits just above the 6 o’clock marker at the bottom of the face.
This subtle addition is a continuation of Stock‘s minimal aesthetic and is combined with its signature face design, which features thin hour and minute markers arranged in a single circle around the face.
A small o with a line underneath sits above the 12 o’clock position and is based on the numero symbol – a typographic abbreviation for the word number.
The case is 8mm thick and 38mm in diameter, making it the largest watch from Stock to date.
The watch features a hardened mineral crystal lens over the face and has a water resistance rating of 3ATM.
|Case material||316L Stainless steel|
|Coating||Brushed stainless steel|

About the brand
Australian brand Stock was founded in 2013 by Melbourne-based designer and watch enthusiast David Tatangelo. The brand's name is a play on the idea of "stock" or standardised products, but with a subversive twist since its minimal designs feature subtle details and quirks.See more Stock watches
