The S001 is one of the first watches from Australian brand Stock, which aims to combine a modern minimal aesthetic with subtle details and quirks based on vintage timepieces.
Featuring a stainless steel case just 7.5mm thick and 36mm in diameter, the watch houses a Swiss Quartz movement.
It has Stock‘s signature minimal face design, with thin hour and minute markers arranged in a single circle around the edge and a small o with a line underneath at the 12 o’clock position. This is based on the numero symbol – a typographic abbreviation for the word number.
Straight lugs with a semi-circular tip connect the case to an 18mm wide Italian leather strap that matches the colours of the hour and minute hands.
|Case material||316L Stainless steel|
|Coating||Brushed stainless steel|

About the brand
Australian brand Stock was founded in 2013 by Melbourne-based designer and watch enthusiast David Tatangelo. The brand's name is a play on the idea of "stock" or standardised products, but with a subversive twist since its minimal designs feature subtle details and quirks.See more Stock watches
